Business Development Manager – Life Insurance – Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

3- 10 years’ experience in sales with 2 years sales experience in Insurance / Financial Sector

Proven ability in achieving Sales Targets and in maintaining & developing client relationships
Develop and maintain a database of prospective customers
Discovers and develops new areas for market penetration

Constantly updated and shortlisted pipeline of prospective clients
Client servicing with issue identification & resolution
Proven ability in achieving Sales Targets and in maintaining & developing client relationships

Constantly updated pipeline for all existing as well as prospective key customers.
Continuously upgrades and updates technical knowledge, technical skills and soft skills to constantly improve retention rates and conversion rates of new business.

Desired Candidate Profile

He/she will be responsible for achievement of sales targets including achievement of agreed renewal ratios and growth target from new business within specified geographies.
