Position: Claims & Complaints Manager

• Location, Doha, Qatar
• Contract Type – Long term

Qualifications & Skills;

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Risk & Insurance Management or Law.
• Min12-14yrs of experience in Claims & Reinsurance including 5 years of experience in the energy, oil/gas & petrochemical industry.
• Professional Certification from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is an advantage.
• Expert at Policy review, Processes & Procedures, Reinsurance Recovery, Claims Management / Analysis, Loss Adjuster Reports, Legal & Compliance, Loss Reserves, Complaints & Grievances
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail are required.
• Bilingual language skills Arabic & English is an advantage.
