Construction Manager – Job Description

• Responsible for delivery of multiple interior construction projects
• Leading, handling and monitoring the performance of a large team of Architects, Designers, Sub Contractors and Workers
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
• Reviewing design, technical specifications, cost estimates for change orders, analyzing contractor’s change order proposals & submitting
• Putting in place the drawings, samples, and decorating instructions
• Monitoring projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects
• Liaising with architects/management to expedite detailed drawings consistent with protective objectives
• Setting out as per drawing on-site; Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Able to manage Clients, team & Subcontractors

Construction Manager – Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Experience:
• 7 to 10 years GCC experience in working with fit-out contractors.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent skills in communication, site coordination, subcontractor’s management.
• Program Scheduling & Coordination, Progress Monitoring Site Engineering & Supervision, Construction Management
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Residing in Qatar.
