Contract Engineer – Job Vacancies

Job Description / Requirements:

Principle Accountabilities:-

Should ensure that the contracts are drafted with the best terms and conditions to protect the interest of the company
Should ensure that the validity of bank gurentees, insurances, letter of credits are available as per the contract and extend/close as per the contract
Should ensure the contractual complaince is followed through the project cycle

Primary Performance Metrics:-

Should be responsible to draft contractual correspondance and claims and ensure contract complaince during contract execution period & handle contractual closeout of the project
Should be able to draft contract administer and should be able to find solution for contractual issues, handle claims,variations, dispute resolutions, support for EOT, prepare delay claims,acceleration claims.
Should be responsible for arrainging FAT, associated documentsexpiditing DC with clients.
