Job – Contract Manager

Job Description:

PRIMARY TASK:-

• Creating standard contracts that the company can use in its dealings with internal and external partners.
• Studying the requirements, duties, and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and industry regulations.
• Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Researching business partners and their history prior to writing or signing contracts.
• Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
• Training, supervising, and managing the contract team.
• Maintaining, updating, and improving contractual records.

CORE TASK:-

• Managing and overseeing project progress in line with the budget
• Ensuring technical advice during the tendering stage
• Well versed with Pre & Post contract administration
• Able to contribute towards the project through value engineering
• Constant track of planned v/s actual budget and alarming management on deviations
• Extraordinary problem-solving ability
• Expert in formulating norms of contract documents
• Coordinating with client & consultants on various fronts
• Walk through supervision of projects to ensure project progress

Job Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE:-

Minimum experience:                   More than 10+ Years
GCC experience (if yes):                Minimum 05+ Years
Field / Industry of experience:    Residential & Non-Residential (Commercial,                                                                                                Industrial, Institutional, and Engineering)
contracting exposure:                   10+ Years

QUALIFICATION:-

Minimum Qualification:                BE Civil
Certification:                                     Preferable but not mandatory
Software Knowledge:                     ERP, AutoCAD, MS Office

PERSONALITY:-

Preferred age:                                   Less than 40 Year.
Communication (speaking):         Excellent
Communication (writing):             Excellent
