Contracts Manager – Job Responsibilities

• Candidate should be B.Tech / BE (Civil) from a reputed university.
• Experience: 20 to 25 years with Contracts Administration and Management, Construction Claim Management including conflict avoidance / management and dispute resolution procedure etc.
• Experience in delay claims, extension of time claims, dispute resolution and knowledge of local arbitration laws.
