Job Title – Work planner – Civil Works (Oosterweel Project) Jobs in Antwerp, Belgium

Responsibilities:

Support the project team in planning, working methods, choice of equipment, logistics,
Contributing to assessing offers and contracting with subcontractors

Checking, testing and adjusting working drawings from subcontractors and suppliers;
Drafting project planning on and monitoring the implementation of the sub schedules;
Follow-up of orders for the construction works and the associated cost statement;

Keeping records of the construction project;
You are the link between the external contacts and the executive team on site.

Educational requirements:

Master or Bachelor degree in industrial or civil engineering / architecture;

Experience requirements:

2+ years of experience

Desired Skills:

You speak and write Dutch fluently. English is a strong asset, but not a must;
You are a born organizer and you function perfectly in a team;
You have the following competences:• Commercial, communicative and social skills.
