Analyzing problems and producing a viable solution

Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine goals.
Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction. Managing a team of representatives offering customer support. Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
