Job – Estimation Engineer ( Modular Construction / Manufacturing)

Job Requirements:

• Manages the Estimation & Commercial Department from Estimating, Budgeting, Tendering, Negotiation, Contracts Preparation, Variation Preparation, Cost Control and Progress Valuation.
• Review tender and contract documents and raise RFI’s as required.
• Prepare Commercial and Technical Response Schedule required for the tender submission.
• Tender Presentation to the Senior Management covering the risk analysis.
• Managing the fit-out phase of the project within the schedule and budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
• Supporting the project teams in all aspects of fit-out and finishes, including design development, procurement, and construction.
• Advising project manager and relevant staff (QS) of any cost/program implications.
• Reading and understanding all relevant drawings relating to their area of work and assessing/advising on build-ability and product selection.
• Organizing and leading regular site progress meetings with sub-contractors to monitor progress, ensuring the project manager is updated on all issues.
• With a Minimum of 8 Years of Working Experience in the United Arab Emirates with strong knowledge, background, and experience in PEB and Modular Projects.
• Experience in management of UAE high-end buildings and residential fit-out projects.
