Role Purpose:

Role Purpose:

Develop and assist in preparing HSE policies, procedures, processes, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development, Authority, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other competent authorities.

Oversee site operations and service provider performance related to facilities management.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Conduct site inspections and audits related to HSE and general day to day operations to ensure proactive site management.

Deal with customer complaints and work from start-to-end by coordinating with internal and external stakeholder.

Coordinate with local authorities on matters related to approvals and relationship management.

Key Tasks:

Assist in day-to-day administration requirements that shall be, but not limited to, reports, procurement requests, technical evaluation of services and service providers.

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

Functional/Technical Competencies:Good planning and organizing skills in order to manage priorities
Strong sense of accountability for projects tasks assignedPosition Requirements:Requirements
- CA/CPA/ACCA with 5+ years post qualification experience
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of IFRS/IAS and related interpretation as well as local GAAP.
- Experience in working with Hyperion Financial Management and Oracle.
- Ability to interact with senior management.
