Responsibilities :

Help articulate and run competitions in conjunction with the Director of Architecture and Design for the Line and key consultants to create a variety of compelling concepts which will form a vital component of our concept.
Define the program for each hub working with Hospitality and LINE teams.
Use defined personas and study customer journeys through the hubs enabling us to create an optimal facility for each persona and tailoring certain hubs to certain personas thus giving our guests and residents choice and better experiences.

Create a technology enabled concept development testing methodology.
Determine how hubs support guests through their customer journey on The LINE and NEOM
Drive the articulation of multiple hub concepts working with the LINE and NEOM hospitality teams.
Work with robotics to find ways to automate work allowing for better service and efficiency.

Determine programming that will animate our spaces and draw guests and visitors in.
Determine the most sustainable way to run operations.
Determine efficient ways we can provide outstanding services offerings including food and beverage within our hubs.
Work with consultants and our LINE Retail and Hospitality team to determine key adjacencies for hubs and help determine optimal partners and tenant mix to build gravitas around hubs. For example, key retail, food and beverage, fitness, entertainment, culture, and sports offerings.

Find synergies between adjacent tenant partners and hubs to improve service, productivity, and profitability for all.
Work with logistics and shared services to optimize supply chains for all hubs and meeting spaces.
Determine efficient staffing models for hubs to provide outstanding, personalized service in an efficient manner.

Work with Tech and Digital Teams to build a strong data infrastructure that will allow us to measure all elements of our performance. Determine what excellence looks like and how we will measure it.
Work with the talent and Culture team on the customization and development of an AI enabled self-rostering process.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor and preferably a master’s degree in business or hospitality

Experience requirements:

Experience in food and beverage, and meetings is a strong asset
Experience in front office functions of hotels is a strong asset
