Job Title – HSE Specialist Jobs in Khobar , Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Promote and lead by example ARO mission (Develop, Deliver and Drive).
Promote ARO values (Safety, Respect, Citizenship, Integrity, and Accountability).

Promote PERFECT DAY.
Lead or participate in all incident/accident investigations for assigned rigs/facilities or as directed by HSE / WH Manager. Shall ensure investigation reports are submitted within 14 days to Aramco.
Coordinate/Produce HSE quick share presentation on incidents/ accidents at assigned rigs/facilities within 48 hours of all Medium/High potential incidents.

Provide monthly HSE reports. Reports should summarize performance, trends and required actions to improve performance.
Track and report on Aramco Audit findings for assigned rigs weekly and Drive rig management towards 100% compliance.
Spot check offshore training compliance and deficiencies with regards to established training matrices weekly.

Track and report on all outstanding corrective actions for assigned rigs weekly.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor Degree

Experience requirements:

3 – 5 Years
