Job Title – HSE Specialist Jobs in Khobar , Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Promote and lead by example ARO mission (Develop, Deliver and Drive).
- Promote ARO values (Safety, Respect, Citizenship, Integrity, and Accountability).
- Promote PERFECT DAY.
- Lead or participate in all incident/accident investigations for assigned rigs/facilities or as directed by HSE / WH Manager. Shall ensure investigation reports are submitted within 14 days to Aramco.
- Coordinate/Produce HSE quick share presentation on incidents/ accidents at assigned rigs/facilities within 48 hours of all Medium/High potential incidents.
- Provide monthly HSE reports. Reports should summarize performance, trends and required actions to improve performance.
- Track and report on Aramco Audit findings for assigned rigs weekly and Drive rig management towards 100% compliance.
- Spot check offshore training compliance and deficiencies with regards to established training matrices weekly.
- Track and report on all outstanding corrective actions for assigned rigs weekly.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
Experience requirements:
- 3 – 5 Years
