HSE Trainer – Job Description

  • Provides training services to as part of HSE Management System which includes training related to Occupational Safety & key elements,
  • Assists in the development of appropriate mandatory HSE training matrixes for all employees and contractors
  • Delivers the company – client-specific trainings for compliance as part of onboarding as well as the in progress
  • Conducts training needs analysis for employees and contractors related to HSE Policy and Procedures. Deploys appropriate training programs to support identified needs.
  • Support the development of new HSE training courses as determined by the needs of the project to address specific hazards, trends or the need for refresher training by project workers.
  • Prepare and maintain course rosters, course completion cards and other documentation as requested by the HSE manager and clients
  • Development of HSE training courses, and audio or video editing of HSE training courses. Preparation for the audits on the Training audits
  • Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of HSE training and develops appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.
  • Submit regular reports to the SHE Manager and Project head on the status of the HSE training program. Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvement.
