Responsibilities:

Planning and Strategy
- Support on development of sector outreach, events, activations and thought leadership programmes
- Coordinate outreach programmes across sector and divisions including central marketing

Operations
- Arrange Neom Media Industries presence at key regional and international industry events
- Develop all relevant materials to support and position the sector accordingly
- Negotiate competitive advantageous terms with event and forum organisers
- Oversee all logistics for outreach programmes
- Maintain presence at industry events as required
- Manage photo/video libraries
- Follow and review industry news and trade press daily.
- Build and maintain close trade and press relationships.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strategic alliances with key industry events and conference organisers
- Review and maintain an understanding of new markets and Festival circuits
- Integrate sector outreach with corporate marketing, events, digital and comms teams
- Build and manage the events agencies including international partners
- Work closely with other sectors to ensure close collaboration in outreach programmes
- Support with external stakeholder engagement at industry events

Budget Management
- Build and maintain annual sector outreach budget
- Manage annual budgeting cycle

Administration
