Jr Accounts Executive Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently handle all routine accounting related activities
• Timely invoicing, customer follow-up, updating receivables tracker on real time basis
• Timely accounting of billing, reconciliation statements, SOA, collection, etc.
• Invoice booking, vendor management, SOA, reconciliations, etc.
• End to end payroll related activities, timely processing of employee settlements
• Independently handle daily/ weekly / periodic reporting requirements
• Active involvement in periodic book closing activities, schedules, finalization, MIS, audit, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Experience – 2 to 3 years
• Background industry – Projects / Construction
• Minimum Education – Bachelor of Commerce / ACCA / Equivalent professional qualifications
• Languages – English
• Competent in the use of the Company’s accounting package and Payroll package and will need good spreadsheet skills (excel).
• Good technical accounting skills
• Logical and well organised with ability to prioritise
• Positive response to pressure
• Technically competent.
• Ability to manage a team
• Ability to manage time.
• Good communication skills
