Farneck Kitchen Maintenance Manager

Job Title – Kitchen Maintenance Manager Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Manager is in charge of implementing the kitchen equipment’s overall preventive maintenance programs
Make sure that new equipment is ordered as per the specifications
Ensure that equipment are installed, tested, and commissioned within the time frame

Regularly monitor the kitchen operations and efficiency of all machinery and equipments
Maintain good business relations with local as well as foreign vendors & suppliers
Maintain all equipment manuals

Train all the staff periodically on the safe handling of equipment

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience requirements:

Experience in UAE maintenance of kitchen or refrigeration equipment
Ability to work in a team

Management experience in a similar role for five or more people
