The Job Opportunity

• Work with the Design Principal, LDA provides design leadership on multiple projects at the concept and schematics phase.

•   Expected to have a full understanding of project scope, and schedule, in coordination with PMs.
•   Lead major leading milestone reviews with the Technical Project Architect & production teams to assure continuity of design intent into DD and CD phases of the delivery process.
•   Expected to collaborate on providing overall Leadership and mentoring to the more Junior members of the team to assure design excellence at all levels of conceptual, presentation, and design delivery aspects across all projects.
•   Analyze Project Understanding, Context, Program, Character, etc.
•   Develop Design Concepts toward Coordinated Schematics
•   Follow up the development of conceptual design intentions throughout the project delivery spectrum in DD/CD,
•   Support Client Design Meetings and Develop/Coordinate the preparation of Project Presentations for external parties.
•   Multi Project Tasking and coordination
•   Lead Design Coordination and Management with Clients and External Parties.
•   Support the Development of Systems integration, workflow, and coordination of Design with production and engineering.
•   Support the Development of overall Strategies and Vision for state-of-the-art Design Practice.
