Maintain outstanding relationships and interfaces with the NEOM Energy Administration to ensure that we shape regulatory requirements placed on ENOWA and are effective in making the case for solutions that most effectively meet the needs of investors and customers.

Build strong relationships with selected business segments of ENOWA, so the person establishes themselves as a valued team member, able to articulate and resolve regulatory and policy challenges facing that business segment.
Ensure regulatory compliance within NEOM and that all required reporting is effectively carried out.
Embrace digital technologies to enable efficient processes and reporting

Educational requirements:

Degree Level Education (economics, finance, law). Registration with a relevant professional institution would be an advantage.

Experience requirements:

2+ years of experience in an energy or utility policy environment, gained in a utility, an economic consultancy or a government or regulatory body.
