Job Title – Retail Supervisor_ European Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Role will involve actively selling and promoting the products confidently and knowledgeably to customers.
Management of stock including stock rotation, receiving, display replenishment will be required

Management of POS and marketing materials and their use is necessary.
Maintaining the sales unit to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene is a must.
Temperature monitoring records will need to be maintained and recorded daily at a frequency to be advised by technical team.

Educational requirements:

We are looking to hire Retail Supervisor for one of our FMCG client

Experience requirements:

Candidates must have exp in FnB or Retail previously

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of food in general desirable – specific product training will be given
Excellent command of English.
Candidate must be open and engaging and be able to converse freely with customers.

Candidate must be able to represent the company at the highest level in a professional way at all times including personal appearance and grooming.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
