Responsibilities:

As the technical authority on building services the Senior Building Services Engineer will develop NEOM Water’s strategy, design guidelines and technical specifications for designing, building and operating vertical pressurized water networks in the Line.
Be the central point of contact between NEOM Water and other NEOM Departments/third parties (including consultants) for technical issue related to vertical water networks.
Responsible, in conjunction with water network engineers, to review designs and calculations for all building services’ pressurized plumbing systems.

Understand the pros and cons of different materials available for pressurized plumbing networks and make recommendations on material selection.
Provide guidance on energy efficient pumping and storage systems.
Review potential and provide guidance on energy recovery
Coordinate with District Energy team to optimize the energy balance for direct and indirect cooling and heating of potable water and recycled water systems.

Educational requirements:
