Responsibilities:

Job Description
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage and Operate the site visits and other internal events of RTA

Create and maintain the tracking database for all office files, receipts, invoices, and payment received.
Companying H.E in his internal and external activities that is related to RTA
Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of section administrator requirements.

Submit the weekly report and a monthly report about his achievements
Support with clerical duties according to the demand of the section workload.
Printing certificates for chairman office & CEO’s.

Perform other related duties as assigned
Analyse results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general guidance.
Welcoming H.E visitors and RTA delegations

Provide the required PR services for H.E and CEO’s

Educational requirements:

Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Marketing/ Public Relations /Media from a recognized university.

Experience requirements:

7 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory / leadership role.
