Site Secretary – Job Description

• Secretarial and administrative support to Executives.
• Preparation of draft communications including letters, memo, minutes of the meeting, announcements, etc.
• Events coordination for internal and external meetings and presentations.
• Facilitate end-to-end completion of the daily agenda.
• Maintain office operations and negotiate hotel contracts.
• Manage telephone inquiries and requests for information.
• Replying to emails and business correspondence.
• Follow up on issues with timely feedback.
• Filling and archiving documents.

Site Secretary – Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder.
• As a secretary, site background is required.
• Engineering Consultancy experience.
• Male or Female, Bilingual preferred.
• Work visa under Secondment, Freelance.
• Available to join immediately.
• Residing in Qatar.

With valid QID and can transfer the sponsorship
Must be ready to join immediately
