Job Title -SMP Recruitment Lead Jobs in NEOM City, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and provide the SMP recruitment reports and induction survey and take appropriate action to remedy any arisen faults.
  • Develop and redefine the SMP recruitment process to fill all vacancies on demand.
  • Analyze and monitor the SMP recruitment progress for all service lines and report on recruitment activities with recommendation for improvement.
  • Conduct CV screening submitted to NEOM by providers, and forward those potential and suitable CVs to the appropriate requesting department.
  • Ensure the selection of right candidates with right attitude, quality, and suites to the mission, vision, and culture of NEOM.
  • Manage the closure process – ensure successful candidates are advised on a timely basis; contracts and other formalities are properly completed; the candidates is successfully brought into the office.
  • Be fully conversant with Neom’s SMP recruitment procedures and act as a source of advice in the office.
  • Maintain positive relationship with the procurement/ providers on the SMP recruitment matter and ensure their prompt action/response every time.
  • Establishes general hiring standards for all SMP employment, including standardization of screening, interviewing, recruitment criteria etc
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive SMP hiring to meet NEOM business objectives.
  • Ensure targets are met and everything gets done on time.
  • Manage and report any conflict with the SMP providers.
  • Liaise with Procurement for any SMP process/ managing issue.
  • Supervising the SMP recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
  • Maintaining track of recruiting metrics, such as but not limited to:
    • # Open requisitions to current staff
    • % New staff with post-employment interview completed
    • % Job descriptions reviewed
    • % Positions recruited within standard timeframe
  • Advise ways to improve NEOMs employer brand.
  • Coordinate with divisions and departments across NEOM to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date on NEOM/ labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about any changes in regulations, bylaws, and guidelines.

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience requirements:

  • At least 7+ years’ experience in HR of which the last position should be in a similar position.
  • Experience leading and motivating a diverse multicultural team.
  • Extensive talent acquisition experience, and the implementation of talent acquisition strategies and processes
  • Good experience in preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with business leaders.
  • Solid experience in Supplemental Manpower Contract Administration
  • Experience in managing the Supplemental Manpower contracts and transfers.
  • SAP/ Fieldglass experience is a plus

Desired Skills:

  • High leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Extensive talent acquisition experience, and the implementation of talent acquisition strategies and processes
  • Knowledge of both Saudi and international recruitment practices
  • Displayed involvement in partnering with business leaders.
