Job Summary:

Solutions & Products Developer is responsible for one Solution & Product related to the Energy & Utilities activities across K&A. S/He is responsible to implement the Solutions & Products unit’s business plan. The jobholder will adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring quality and managing costs. The jobholder is also responsible to customize, configure and deploy solution and product for projects of medium / high complexity. S/He shall stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the GIS space related to Energy & Utilities and participate in international forums.

Technical Skills and Competencies required to execute this role:

• Very good knowledge of the application of geospatial technologies to the Energy & Utilities industries
• Very good knowledge of the Geospatial and Energy & Utilities industry trends and competitive landscape in the countries of operation
• Understanding of international geospatial / engineering standards and codes as applicable
• Good business development skills
• Good presentation skills
• Very Good planning and organizing skills
• Good financial planning and budgeting skills
• Very good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Very good communication skills and ability to represent the organization
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English

Qualification required to execute this role:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Preferably holding Esri technical certification

Experience required to execute this role:

•  5-8 years of experience in Geospatial, Energy & Utilities industries
•  Programming experience along with experience in documentation and user/training manuals preparation
•  Experience with developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Relevant industry experience within the Middle East and other countries of operation
