      •             Ensure effective integration of services into NEOMs Model of Wellness and care and associated Care continuum.

      •             Align the vision with NEOM’s overall objectives and mission, incorporating innovative approaches to address the challenges of these environments.

      •             Lead the design, establishment, and management of specialized medical services tailored for space missions and oceanic expeditions.

      •             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with NEOM’s existing healthcare infrastructure.

      •             Stay at the forefront of advancements in space medicine and ocean medicine by actively researching and identifying innovative technologies, medical practices, and treatment modalities.

      •             Encourage a culture of innovation within the team.

      •             Identify potential risks and challenges associated with providing medical services in space and ocean settings.

      •             Develop and implement risk management plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and staff.
