Job – Tools Implementation Manager

Job Description / Requirements:

• Rich experience in managing implementation of various EMS tools like IT Service Management, IT Client Management/ End Point Management, Asset Management, Enterprise Monitoring, Asset Lifecycle Management, etc.
• Manager shall be well verse with various ITIL processes and shall have experience in implementing them.
• Manager will establish and implement the EMS project management discipline to guide and plan for project success from project inception through project completion.
• Administer everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support to all associates.
• Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures and evaluate all implementation for team.
• Collaborate with OEM team & internal team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all systems.
• Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle and identify all defects and provide an efficient interface with all stakeholders.
• Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
• Monitor all implementation requests and administer internal/ external staff working and assist team and provide required coaching for same, if required.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technologists to define agreed upon project scope, outcomes, requirements, schedule, and resources; develop actionable project plans and project artifacts; identify, manage, and escalate, as appropriate, project risks, issues, and roadblocks to timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders within all the IT Service Delivery paths.
  • Organizing and leading meetings and facilitating group work sessions
  • Liaising with stakeholders and vendors to lead discovery of both technical and non-technical solutions to meet requirements.
  • Overseeing development and testing of evaluations, product/process enhancements to improve service delivery
