and relationship managers in the implementation of cash management
products and action/resolve customer queries to ensure internal policies and

1. Product Implementation Assist and provide support to relationship managers in the
implementation of cash management products to ensure
service levels are maintained and customer expectations
met
2. Customer Support Action and resolve customer queries and issues to ensure
full support is provided to customers using cash
management products
3. Administration Create internal memos; customer letters and track/follow
up on departmental documentation to support relationship
managers in ensuring service standards; and internal
policies and procedures are adhered to
4. Policies, Processes,
Systems and Procedures
Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental
policies, processes, standard operating procedures and
instructions so that work is carried out to the required
standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the
required standard of service to customers and
stakeholders

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum Experience At least 5 years of experience in banking with an
understanding of corporate banking operations, systems
and products
At least 3 years of experience in cash management
implementations role or related technology client services
role
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Professional Qualifications Project Management
Knowledge and Skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Core banking systems
