1. Product Implementation Assist and provide support to relationship managers in the
implementation of cash management products to ensure
service levels are maintained and customer expectations
met
2. Customer Support Action and resolve customer queries and issues to ensure
full support is provided to customers using cash
management products
3. Administration Create internal memos; customer letters and track/follow
up on departmental documentation to support relationship
managers in ensuring service standards; and internal
policies and procedures are adhered to

Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental
