Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
  • Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
  • Recommend property facilities, F&B outlets and promotions and assist guests with information and special requests
  • Answer and filter calls and inquiries of guests and customers
  • Assist on reservation requests and update accurate information in the system
  • Knowledge and understanding of facilities to offer, services and promotions

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with telephone operating, reservation system, opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English; and Arabic speaker is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
