Job – PROGRAM OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, KSA NORTH WEST

Job Description & Qualifications  :

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Area Director in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development or alliance development projects
• Developing strategies, alternatives, mitigations and recommendations for effective project delivery
• Leading the kick-off / ‘fast start’ initiation and mobilization of all major projects / programs in the Area, including resourcing
• In conjunction with Program / Project Directors ensuring all ‘early’ (30/60/90/120 day) contract deliverables are met
• Ensuring effective project management and controls systems, plans and procedures are implemented, as proposed
• Participating in periodic program / project reviews and supporting Program / Project Directors in resolving any operational issues arising
• Working with the area’s Project Controls Director in the analysis of performance data What Required Skills and Experience

You’ll Bring:

• 10-years in a Project / Program Management role; Eg. Project or Program Manager, or Director
• Experience of working in major projects / programs
• Experience of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or PMO contracts • Certified Project Manager (PMI, APM or recognized equivalent) What Desired Skills and Experience

You’ll Bring:

• Oversight of Project Management Systems implementation
• Development of project management system documentation
