Sr. Process Executive

Job – Administrator Procurement

Key Responsibilities:
· Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values. · Determining supply needs and researching potential suppliers. · Acting as a liaison and communicating pricing and performance needs to vendors and suppliers. · Sourcing suppliers and testing product samples. · Documenting the features and benefits of products and services. · Preparing cost-benefit analysis reports for review by managers. · Negotiating favorable procurement contracts with selected vendors and suppliers. · Documenting processes and generating monthly supply cost reports. · Monitoring the company’s demand for products to avoid supply shortages. · Keeping abreast of vendor and supplier-related activities in the industry. · Drive value creation through the strategic sourcing of transportation services · Support transportation operations and sales to optimize the transportation network and develop proposals for service, capacity and cost improvements · Responsible for filing and managing freight claims. · Collaborate with transportation operations to develop and maintain strategic carrier relationships and transportation performance reporting. · Collaborate and foster trusting relationships with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the transportation service. · Perform routine audits and exception reviews regarding carrier invoice management. · Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, business administration, or accounting. Desired Skills and Experience: · More than 3 years’ procurement experience in a related industry. · Advanced analytical skills. · Exceptional negotiation skills. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
