HR Administrator – Job Responsibilities
- Creating employee files according to UAE Labour Law requirements and keeping them up to date;
- Assisting PRO with collection of documents required for visa process and communicating all visa process updates to employees;
- Preparing payroll and handing it over to accounting department upon approval of Managing Director;
- Developing recruitment strategy, conducting initial job interviews, providing managers with feedback and recommendations, conducting exit interviews;
- Creating onboarding process and implementing it for new employees;
- Ensuring that all employees have signed company property handover forms and training attendances;
- Providing employees with documents requested by bank, documents for their embassy/consulate, reference letters;
- Creating and constant updating company policies and code of conduct;
- Creating and updating employee handbook;
- Ensuring that all incidents are recorded if disciplinary action had been applied and records are kept in employee files;
- Developing training plan based on relevant objectives, conducting trainings concerning company policies and procedures;
- Creating leave plan based on employee requests, manager’s approval and UAE Labour Law regulations;
- Providing accounting department with updated leave plan in order for it to pay employee wages according to UAE Labour Law;
- Developing incentives plan, ensuring that it is properly implemented;
- Developing annual performance evaluation plan according to KPIs;
- Communicating with insurance companies when needed, renewing agreements on time;
- Assisting employees with ticket purchase according to their contract;
- Negotiating with suppliers in order to get the best terms and prices.
HR Administrator – Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Communication skills
- Good command of MS Office
- HRM knowledge and expertise
- Basic knowledge of PNL, budgeting and pricing
