Job – HR Administrator

Job Description

HR Administrator (Generalist) will look after Operational HR role which also includes administrative services, Employee record & relationship management and to support staff in their day-to-day activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

– HR Operations – Day-to-Day operations essential meeting the needs of our employees. – Prepare and maintain HR related reports, Employee’s personnel records & internal HR Data – Exposure to manage the entire employee cycle and ensure timely closure of employee queries. – Support in planning and executing cost-effective employee engagement & Wellness activities for the business. – Support in executing employee yearly appraisals activity for the business. – Report variance in HR practices, employee discrepancies, advances. – Resolving disputes among employees/departments and handling disciplinary proceedings – Manpower Handling with third party vendor, Administration of Labor Camp, Transportation, Medical Insurance, Facility Management and Petty Cash etc. – Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) – Ensure compliance in all Audit requirements & support in clearing internal/external applicable audits. – Maintains monthly reports related to Head count (FTE & Hired Labor), Attrition, Offices Administration, Labor Camps etc. – Support in raising PR’s, providing status of contractor’s SOA’s, Vehicles and Fuel card requests and arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms – Ensure timey renewal and record maintenance of all applicable suppliers and tenancy contracts. – Visit the Sharjah Office, once or Twice every week as need arises. – Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement.
