Job Title – Assistant Project Manager Jobs in Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager to manage contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers at site and ensure work  performance standard.
  • Assist Project Manager to analyze, trace projects cost and payments and prepare time schedule and quality standard.
  • Report on project status and work closely with LL and Operations and all parties to ensure project handover.

 

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

 

Experience requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in retail fit out management and site coordination works.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem – solving skills.
  • Decision – making ability.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Ability to motivate others.
  • Team working skills.
  • Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.
