Job Title – Bid Specialist Jobs in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Displays knowledge and ability to apply marketing theory and practice in carrying out a variety of assignments.

Produces regularly scheduled reports from the marketing database.
Can prepare data for various reports.
Maintains salesforce data.

Demonstrates the ability to organise, process, and present information, requiring strong communication skills.
Maintains a database of resumes and project profiles.
Formats resumes as per required RFP format.

Formats project profiles as per required RFP format.
Prepares technical proposals as directed by the Senior Bid Specialist, Bid Manager, Bid Lead.
Can use Adobe Suite to prepare a template and populate input.

Excellent technical writing skillEnsures that the technical proposals are consistent, coherent and responsive to RFP requirements.
Delivers within proposal deadlines.Leads pre-qualification submissions.Independently prepares proposal submissions up to approximately AED 1 million in value.

Educational requirements:

A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a related subject is required.

Experience requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Experience in working in bid proposals is required
