Merger Review and Anticompetitive Practices

Manage enforcement cases and decisions.

Develop, implement, and periodically review all processes and rules, to ensure they remain current and up to date with best practices.

Market Intelligence

Review, assess, and recommend policy refinements,

Implement innovative and best-in-class market monitoring and market investigation techniques,
Engage in interactions with leading competition authorities to share best market monitoring techniques and notify of potential anti-competitive practices,

Function operations

Establish, track, and monitor KPIs, and consistently enhance performance
Develop and maintain processes, protocols and procedures

Transitional Activities for Function Readiness Setup

The Competition Professional will undertake several activities to operate key functions in the interim period and to help develop the division to its end state. These activities can be organized into the following categories:

Substantial experience dealing with competition law enforcement from a legal and economic perspective
Experience in GCC is preferred, it is not a requirement

Qualifications:
