Job Title – ECONOMIC SPECIALIST Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Participation in planning in the department.

Pre-analysis of the economic aspects of projects to know the strategic suitability and the possibility of risk.
Participate in the preparation of a business case strategic scheme for each project.
Participate in setting priorities and sequencing projects within the projects portfolio.

Assistance in preparing the annual capital plan for the housing sector.
Participate in the preparation of final project portfolio plans for a period of 5 years.
Analyzing supply and demand trends and studying the economic feasibility of housing projects.

Educational requirements:

Degree educated in in a similar field.

Experience requirements:

5+ years experience in a finance based role
