Responsibilities:

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

Recommend corrective actions and solutions for unused, inactivate assets or for an asset that does not meet the objectives of the strategic KPIs for the section /department
Update all asset data/information according to the distribution of investment contracts
Contribute in updating and developing the investment, contractual terms of investment assets periodically

Develop a plan for field visits to the sites affiliated with the Authority’s assets to study investment opportunities and work on offering them within the public and electronic auctions (P.E.A)
Provide specialized/detailed reports and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives
Analyze requests for proposals and coordinate with the Asset Investment Manager to develop a schedule for preparing tenders

Provide support and manage various commercial and investment projects as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Review asset Investment data, conduct analysis and derive insights related to improvement opportunities with RTA agencies and provides new ideas to increase shop rental returns

Complete and clear the requirements as per to the investment plan of the department, according to the distribution of investment contracts, and work to include them in the Maximo system and Work on creating contractual orders
Prepare the tender documents to rent commercial spaces/areas and investment assets, according to the distribution of investment contracts along with the Asset Management to work on offering them within the electronic auctions based on the agreed plan
Conduct asset Investment benchmarking studies and identify leading indicators to improve asset utilization opportunities

Communicate and arrange with the management that owns the assets to ensure that it is ready for
commercial exploitation for all new contracts, upon renewal of contracts, or upon re-offering and prepare the relevant reports for reference and to obtain future requirements
Ensure that the data is entered into the approved systems, such us the Maximo system, and follow up its procedures according to the distribution of investment contracts
Managing the contracts, according to the distribution of investment contracts

Dealing with the complaints of asset investment customers regarding the levels of the Authority’s assets and provide specialist advice to minimize and limits any complains
Support in Developing strategies to study the investment opportunities required to exploit the spaces/areas, shops, and commercial kiosks, including the necessary measures to determine the best sites through field visits according to the plan followed in the department
Determine the requirements of current investors and bring up with development initiatives in coordination with the Investor Relations Department

Identify, develop, and monitor tools that provide an update of market prices in relation to the exploitation of shops as per the benchmarking studies

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a recognized university

Experience requirements:

6 years of working experience in a relevant field.
