Job Title – Events Specialist Jobs in Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

Implement HIA’s events, promotions and exhibitions program.
Assist with preparation of budgets for all events and request the necessary approvals.

Assist with preparing overall Events & Exhibitions annual budget based on confirmed events and projected events for upcoming Financial Year.
Assist with the management of costs while ensuring all projects are executed with pre-approved budgets.
Coordinate the production and supply of promotional items to ensure the successful completion of an event.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Arabic speaking skills is mandatory.

Multi-national experience working in diverse markets
Strategic and creative thinker
Ability to create and implement event plans

Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Project management Knowledge

Experience requirements:

Minimum 5 years of job-related experience required
