Job Title – Airfield Development Specialist Jobs in Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

Support the department in the preparation and implementation of the ORAT for new apron areas, provide simulations, develop procedures, identify and document restrictions for airport users.
Participate in the development of ad-hoc plans for special events

Maintain and update the Parking Stand Manual with all changes or additions of new stands, aircraft types, etc.
Plan and monitor the initiation of maintenance, remediation or expansion works.
Review apron designs and drawings from an operational and compliance perspective.

Coordinate and update ATC for the upcoming or ongoing works.
Keep track of the incoming/responded RFIs.
Run simulations to identify potential issues for aircraft operations on taxiways and aprons.

Prepare risk assessments and or minor changes management procedures related to upcoming works or changes in the apron.
Train the Airfield team on how to manage works in a live environment.
Monitor the progress of the various short or long term works and expansion projects.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Desired Project Management experience.

Excellent knowledge of ICAO ANNEX 14 / EASA AMCs.

Experience requirements:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Airfield Operations and Planning.

Experienced and fluent in the use of Path Planner / Avi-Plan.

Ability to motivate others.

Team working skills.
Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.

Qualifications:
