Executive Secretary – CEO – Job Description
- As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the CEO Office overseeing his/her day to day activities: meetings, appointments, scheduling, coordination, and planning.
- You will be reading, researching, and routing Arabic and English correspondence; drafting letters and documents and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications where applicable.
- You must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities that will contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on a timely and efficiently
Executive Secretary – CEO – Job Requirement
- To be successful you would ideally possess 5+ years of administration and secretarial background
- Having good command of Arabic and the English language
- Having a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial or relevant discipline.
