Job – HR Assistant

Job Description & Qualifications :

GEA GRADE Refrigeration is an Industrial Refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA region. The Project Sales Engineer will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Company and its affiliates. The Project Sales Engineer will be reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager.

The Position

Perform all administrative duties for the HR Department.
Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all employees across GRADE Offices. Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records.
Maintains human resources records of new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, employee leaves, and attendance.

Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public, employees, and departments.
Preparing monthly reports, research, and analyzing data for special projects assigned.

Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leaves.
Coordinate and/or facilitate special projects as needed.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as and when required.

Support in Recruitment and its administrative tasks.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / HR or equivalent
3-5 years experience in an HR assistant role or similar
Familiar with HRIS, preferably Oracle

Microsoft office skills particularly Excel
Fluent in English both written and verbal
People oriented and a good team player

Professional personal appearance
Has initiative
Stress tolerant

Good attention to detail
