Job Title – Office Assistant Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth running of HO building with undisrupted operations.
  •  Performing clerical and filing tasks for BU
  • Mail delivery and housekeeping coordination
  • Answering the phones on the reception and forwarding calls if needed.
  • Monitoring office inventory and informing incase of shortage.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange meetings / conference room.
  • Perform and track routine inspection in common areas
  • Inform line manager incase any repair or intervention is required
  • Arranging new stationery and office furniture
  • Assisting various departments in office activities.
  • Fluent written and spoken  english
