Office Assistant – Job Responsibilities / Requirements

  • Answer phone calls
  • Responsible for taking orders, cancellations and collecting payments
  • Keep a record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
  • Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company
  • Encourage and motivate team members for the continuance of quality service delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office & Outlook to email clients to send Quotations & Contracts
  • Excellent in Handling Customer Calls & Email Enquiries
