Office Assistant – Job Responsibilities / Requirements
- Answer phone calls
- Responsible for taking orders, cancellations and collecting payments
- Keep a record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
- Establish and monitor the standards for customer service in the company
- Encourage and motivate team members for the continuance of quality service delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook to email clients to send Quotations & Contracts
