Job Title – OFFICER AWARENESS AND EDUCATION Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Operations

Developing the implementation plan for the education and awareness program on intellectual property rights according to the annual plan that is finally approved by the Director
Coordinating with each of the shipping department, the airport inspection department and the human resources department to organize workshops on intellectual property rights for the inspection staff, as well as ensuring their attendance through Providing them with correct information
Coordinating with universities, schools, institutions, and women’s associations to implement awareness programs on intellectual property rights that help the public to identify counterfeit products

Assisting the department manager in final approval of brochures and posters and coordinating with the Communications Department regarding the necessary achieved results
. Selecting and arranging program sites and ensuring the availability of the required stationery for each of them, which is implemented by the Intellectual Property Rights Department
Providing the director with creative ideas and suggestions in order to improve the effectiveness of the program or encourage the public to adopt it more

Coordinating with media professionals for the necessary coverage and obtaining new updates from the media on intellectual property rights activities that can be included in awareness and education programs
Assisting the director when organizing Global events by providing support in the field of communication and coordination
Updating and improving knowledge in the field of intellectual property rights and managing creative programs as part of self-development

Preparing reports on the implemented educational programs and obtaining the necessary feedback from the participants / the public for additional improvements and to avoid the same mistakes when implementing future programs
Performing any duties entrusted to him by the direct manager in a proper and timely manner with reliability, safety, and keenness to complete the tasks entrusted to the fullest.

Educational requirements:

University degree in a related field
