Responsibilities:

Job Description
Contributes to studying the needs of strategic partners from the local and federal governments.

Contributes to the preparation, design and implementation of human rights awareness plans and programs for the internal and external public.
Coordinating cooperation with local and international bodies working in the field of human rights for knowledge exchange.
Contributes to studying the training needs related to human rights issues in the Commission.

Participate in building working relationships and coordinating with various institutions and bodies related to human rights as determined by the department head.
It collects data on best training practices in the field of human rights and designs plans accordingly.
Participates in the preparation of joint awareness programs and campaigns with strategic partners.

Participates in the implementation of conferences and seminars on human rights with strategic partners.
Follows up, monitors and documents what is published in the media about seminars, awareness campaigns and training activities carried out by the administration.
Coordinates with the Marketing and Corporate Communication Department for media coverage of the sector’s activities.

Analyzes questionnaires to measure the impact of training and submits reports to the department head.
