Job – Planview Administrator

Job Description & Qualifications :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform in-depth analysis in current setup of modules like PPM Pro, resource management, timesheet management, project place, workflows etc.
  • Manages and resolves end user requests (e.g., system access requests, enhancements, incidents, workflows, reports, research requests, job scheduling, etc.) and provides data analysis and queries to support IT and other business initiatives.
  • Performs regular system maintenance by supporting timely upgrades, communications, process updates.
  • Works continuously to look for opportunities to enhance and elevate performance of business functions through technology platform.
  • Communicates system changes, maintenance windows, and outages to impacted end users
  • Develop and administer enterprise-wide onboarding training, recurring refresher training. Document training needs and training materials.
  • Escalate performance and functional issues with Planview vendor product support and drive to closure

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Computer Science; BCA
  • Certified Platform Administrator
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Management or client experience executive role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Planview Platform
  • The individual must have excellent skills to manage PMO needs, process change, user requests and enhancements.
  • The individual should have excellent communication skills to impart training to user community to ensure effective and efficient usage of the system.
  • Must be proficient with MS office, Visio and other collaboration tools like Jira, Jenkins, git, Miro etc.
  • Possess the capabilities with the goal of enhancing the usage of Planview to setup from Request in-take, planning and delivery capability
