Responsibilities:

Job Description
Monitoring the processes of receiving the target groups for accommodation (the elderly, women, people of determination, etc.) in institutional care centers and ensuring compliance with the standards and conditions of accommodation in terms of age, gender, health, and social status, according to the documents provided by the various authorities.

Supervise the sheltering of the target groups and ensure the availability of all types of physical, educational, social, health, and other care, by following up on the reports of the educational staff, psychologist, and social workers.
Organizing periodic meetings with those in charge of institutional care centers to determine needs according to cases, contributing to the development and approval of care plans, and submitting reports and recommendations to the competent authorities.
Reviewing the training needs and developing the scientific competencies of social supervisors in institutional care centers, identifying their problems, and proposing appropriate solutions to address them, with the aim of ensuring the accommodation of different groups in an environment of safety, well-being, and a healthy atmosphere.

Providing the necessary intervention in crises, reviewing legal issues and referring them to legal specialists or concerned authorities, and following up to find solutions that guarantee the rights of beneficiaries of shelter services in care centers.
Supervising the development of encouragement and entertainment plans and programs by following up on the development and periodic reports from the institutional care centers with the aim of empowering the target groups and integrating them into society.

A minimum of At least 10 years of experience in a field related to institutional care, including 3 years of experience in a supervisory field
