• Graduate/Postgraduate with IT/Computer Science or Human Resources
• Certification or equivalent training in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM module is required.
• PMP trained or certified
• ITIL Certifications
• Strong Solution Designing skills with solid understanding of integration impact on other modules and other applications
• Expert level using Oracle HCM tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow – Approval Rules/Notifications, PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware Object Design, Development & Testing
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM security design including AOR and custom criteria.
• Must have good Understanding of HCM Business Processes
• Localized experience of UAE legislation will be added advantage

• Sound understanding of Data Migration Conversion, Integration and Extension methodology and the impact thereof
