Responsibilities:

  • Key Accountability Areas
  • Communication & Culture: 
  • Employ/BU Client Facing.
  • Induction/Orientation Program for new joiners.
  • HR Program Roll-Out.
  • Disciplinary & Grievances Actions.
  • Exit Interviews.
  • Evaluate and measure key metrics to assess employee engagement, recruitment success and attrition.
  • Cultivate a culture that reinforces the employee value proposition, celebrates our employees, and differentiates Alfanar Construction.
  • Lead Internal communications initiatives to provide consistent, effective messaging using a variety of tools and approaches to reach our employees across the company.
  • Lead events and programs that foster collaboration and community between offices and with remote employees.
  • Engage with employees across all our offices, building a consistent employee experience regardless of location.
  • Ensure policies and practices are at minimum in compliance with provincial and country’s legislation.
  • Manpower Planning: 
  • Planning Contents.
  • Planning Period.
  • Consolidated Manpower Plan.
  • HR Reporting & Initiatives: 
  • Gather and analyze qualitative retention data such as employee surveys, exit interviews, stay interviews; identify and implement improvement opportunities through working closely with HR department’s management.
  • HR Government Initiatives: 
  • Keep updated information about the HR Government Initiative (Netaqat, Taqat, Mudad…etc.)
  • Analyze and understand the HR initiatives to prepare the infra structure of the company HR to apply them properly.
  • Ensure the deployment of Government initiatives in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Submit periodic reports on the progress of implementing the HR initiatives and oversee any obstacles and participate in providing a solution for them.
  • HR Process: 
  • Review and understand the HR process and procedures
  • Participate in the development of HR process and procedures in line with labor office, government regulations and company policy.
  • HR Automation Solutions: 
  • Participate in identifying the HR areas that require an automation solution to enhance the current
  • HR processes.
  • Participate in setting up the design of the automation solution to make sure it is aligned with HR policies.
