Job Title – Senior Manager-IT Business Partner Jobs in UAE

Responsibilities:

Build close relationships with the business by obtaining an understanding of their processes, strategy and holistic system needs and communicate how the information technology group can better support them.
Work with CIO and leadership team to engage in proactive technology solutions, establish and manage strategic direction for delivering objectives.

Identify, articulate, and champion the strategic technology improvements that will enhance business performance and collaboratively define the IT capability roadmap
Possess a strong understanding of the business environment, market dynamics, and the ability to leverage technology to drive business value and growth.
Drive strategic and operational initiatives to improve customer experience, and enhance sales through effective IT enablement.

Advocate business requests to the IT org to ensure requests are prioritized correctly and that the IT org is focusing on items that add the most value to the enterprise.
Effectively bridge the gap between technology and business by clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
